The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with ample appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed home provides a coffee/tea hutch (Panama Perk), a dining table that seats 4, plus a breakfast bar that seats an additional four.
The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is outfitted with a wall mounted 75-inch ROKU TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. This is a great place for all to gather with 2 full-size couches & 2 floor seat cushions. So, pull up a seat (or cushion) and enjoy a movie night or a game of dominoes! Don’t forget to turn on the 72-inch electric fireplace & enjoy!

A quaint seating area and BBQ grill are situated in the back patio area off the living room area. Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Gulf Highlands gated community has to offer, such as a kid’s park, swimming at one of our 11 pools, 18-hole put-put golf, shuffleboard and tennis!
We provide ample beach gear, buggy, towels, toys, etc.!

You will have a unique code assigned at check in for keyless entry to the townhouse. This allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys!

Our townhome is steps to a nearby pool, one of the 11 pools available to you in the resort! Put-Put golf is also located close. Shuffleboard and 4 tennis courts are on the property and all FREE for your use during your stay. We provide a few putters, golf balls, tennis rackets & balls for your use during your stay.
BEACH FRONT Club house access for guests! Club house includes snack bar and pool ON the beach! Exclusively for Gulf Highlands guests to use. Access is based upon their availability at the time of your visit.
Walking distance to dining, entertainment & shopping, only a 5 min walk from your door to the sand!
Located just across Front Beach Rd from the world's most beautiful beaches, with private beach access & restrooms.
