The open space kitchen offers an eat-in breakfast bar that seats 4, plus 6+ additional seats at the farmhouse style table. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a full meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and bakeware we think you'll need. If we are missing something - let us know!

The living room area is a great place for everyone to gather. Consisting of an oversized sectional sofa & 2 extra squishy floor pillows! Our 65-inch Roku Smart TV and electric fireplace gives this living space the comfy, cozy space you need to unwind! You can access the covered backyard patio with an additional 1200+ sq. feet of paved patio space, too! Enjoy a game of cards or dominoes with your friends/family at this great entertaining space!

We provide the farmhouse feel without the actual farm, offering a peaceful and cozy retreat. Ample outdoor seating under the covered porch and additional seating around a firepit. Lounge chairs for those that may want to lay out and soak in some sun, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. Don’t forget the hot tub, too!

The backyard space allows families to spread out and have fun with some outdoor games or even throw the football around. We know you will enjoy this space just as much as we have.

FREE parking - 2 Carport spaces located directly behind the home as well as additional parking on the driveway if needed.

You will have a unique code assigned at check-in for keyless entry to the farmhouse. This allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys!

You will receive check-in instructions prior to your stay with us.

- Quiet time is 11pm - 7am (Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your stay)
- The hottub & all amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hottub or other provided amenities)

This neighborhood consists of larger lots of land and ample trees. Some neighbors with chickens, goats, pigs, horses, etc. Located near Tucker Farmhouse Wedding Venue.

Getting around

A car is needed to get to where you are going. However, we do offer a couple of bicycles to ride around the neighborhood or maybe take with you on a beach day.

General:
● Be Respectful of our home & neighbors
● QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am; Loud & Excessive noise is not permitted at any time
● NO SMOKING INSIDE
(If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will be liable to pay a hefty smoke ozone treatment, If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants).
● DO NOT sit or lay directly on furniture if you have sunscreen or tanning oil on
● Park in our carport or driveway – DO NOT Park on Grass or Pavers
● Please NO food in bedrooms

HOT TUB:
● MAX 4 people
● MAX temp is 104 degrees
● MAX time is 15 minutes – take some time to cool off before re-entering
● Make sure water does not go over/on top of controls
● All children must be supervised
● NO jumping or diving into hot tub
● NO GLASS in or near hot tub
● KEEP water above jets - add water when needed with provided hose
● Please adhere to the additional rules posted near hot tub

Trash/Recycle BINS:
● ALL Trash must be BAGGED and placed in the Garbage Bins
● DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OR FOOD OUTSIDE
● Trash Pick Up is on FRIDAYS – please place bins to the end of the driveway next to mailbox on Thursday Night & bring back after picked up

Thermostat:
• Do NOT leave doors open and AC running

Overall:
● You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay
● If something does break or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly
