HOW CAN I BOOK?
Send us an email @ PatalanHospitality@gmail.com. Include travel dates, number of guests, pet details (if any) and any special requests or needs. All reservations must be made in writing and are not confirmed until a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Full Refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund for up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
WHAT IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?
The rental property will be available for check-in at 4:00 PM on the arrival date and check-out is 10:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability.
